Ingredients:
✅ 1 ½ ounces vodka
✅ 1 ounce basil syrup (recipe below!)
✅ 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
✅ 3 ounces Kristof Farms Reserve Cider
✅ Dash of soda water
✅ Cucumber slices, for garnish 🥒
✅ Basil leaf, for garnish 🌿
Directions:
👉 Fill a glass with ice.
👉 Add vodka, basil syrup, and lemon juice.
👉 Top with Kristof Farms Reserve Cider and a splash of soda water.
👉 Stir gently and garnish with fresh cucumber slices and a basil leaf.
🌿 How to Make Fresh Basil Syrup
Ingredients:
🍃 ¼ cup fresh basil leaves (stems removed)
🥄 1 cup sugar
💧 1 cup water
Directions:
1️⃣ In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
2️⃣ Add basil leaves and steep for 15 seconds, then transfer to an ice bath for 1 minute.
3️⃣ Stir sugar into the basil-infused water until fully dissolved. Remove from heat.
4️⃣ Return basil leaves to the syrup and blend on high for 30 seconds using a blender or immersion blender.
5️⃣ Strain through a fine cheesecloth and enjoy! You can store leftovers in the fridge for about 2 weeks.
